For inshore fishing we target several areas: fresh and brackish waters in the rivers and creeks and saltier water in the marshes and sound. We catch a variety of fish but the four main target fish are: speckled trout, redfish, flounder and stripers. Flies, topwater, popping corks, artificial and live bait are our offerings to the fish.
For nearshore fishing we leave from the Beaufort Inlet and fish within site of the beaches. Some days it might be close to the surf and other days it will be further out. False albacore, spanish mackeral, cobia, bluefish, bonita, and sharks are our main targets. Site casting with spinning and fly rods, trolling and bottom fishing are our methods of presenting bait.

Top of the line quality rods, reels, and tackle. For refreshments I will have water and some snacks.
You will need to dress for the weather: clothing, hats, sunscreen, sunglasses. Cameras are a good option. You are welcome to use my 65 qt. boat cooler for food or drinks.
Some days of fishing are better than other days, but I will guarantee I will work hard from the time we leave the dock until we return to provide you a memorable trip.
